INSPIRED BY CROSS-CULTURAL WISDOM, THE PHYSIOLOGICAL DESIGN OF WOMEN, & THE 5 ESSENTIALS OF POSTPARTUM CARE:
REST WARMTH NOURISHMENT GENTLE BODYWORK COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Our physiology has a blueprint for healing in the postpartum, no matter how a pregnancy comes to completion. Through warmth, rest, proper nutritional nourishment, and gentle bodywork, a mother’s long-term health is greatly affected. It is imperative to highlight that all of these essential pillars of healing are made possible by the critical foundation of COMMUNITY SUPPORT.
Together we replenish what birth asks of mother and baby; support biological needs, and uphold conditions that allow the mother-baby dyad to co-regulate and thrive.
I advocate for creating an environment where you can move through this sacred transition supported by practices rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, with respect for the physiological blueprint required for the postpartum healing every mother deserves. Because when mothers are supported, everyone benefits.

in-home visits can vary from 4-6 hours, depending. all food is prepared with mindfully sourced, high-quality ingredients; organic, pastured or free range, grass-fed or raw dairy, as well as organic, wild harvested herbs and oils.
Just as a queen bee is genetically no different from worker bees but becomes a queen through continuous nourishment and protection, a postpartum mother’s recovery and vitality depend on the care she receives after birth. When the hive feeds the queen royal jelly and shields her from labor, her body can fully express its capacity for longevity and fertility; similarly, when a new mother is supported with warm, nourishing foods, rest, protection from stress, and practical help, her body receives the signal that it is safe to heal, regulate hormones, produce milk, and bond deeply with her baby. Postpartum care is not a luxury or reward—it is a biological necessity that strengthens mom, baby, and, thus, the entire family.
